SiDi Wallet Account Terms & Conditions

أولاً: شروط خاصة حسب نوع الحساب

1. This account can be opened in Kuwaiti Dinar only, and by non-Kuwaiti individuals only, taking into consideration the following exclusions:

• Kuwaiti citizens
• American citizens and US residents
• Special needs people
• Politically exposed persons (PEPs) and their families up to the second degree
• Customers with a monthly salary above 500 KWD
• الوكلاء بالتوكيل العام.

2. No minimum balance is required to open the account

ثانياً: الاستثمار

الرصيد المتوفر في هذا الحساب هو "قرض حسن" ، وبنك وربة ملزم بدفع الرصيد الدائن بالكامل عند الطلب.

ثالثاً: الاعتمادات المديونيات

1. A debit card will be delivered to the customer and will be used for the account only in cash withdrawal transactions from Warba Bank ATMs or the other ATMs of local banks or KNET Company or the other machines deployed in the whole world. The customer may also use the card for online payment of the value of purchases through point-of-sale devices available at the commercial stores in Kuwait by way of debit from his credit balance.

2. The account holder is the only one who may withdraw in cash from the available account balance, make international transfers or transfer to another account in Warba Bank.

رابعاً: الأرباح والخسائر

يعتبر رصيد هذا الحساب "قرض حسن" وبالتالي لن يحقق أرباحًا ولن يتم تحميله خسائر.

خامساً: شروط أخرى

1. يجوز للعميل تحويل راتبه إلى الحساب.
2. لن يتمكن العميل من سحب المبالغ المقيدة في حسابه بموجب 2 التحصيل ما لم يتم تحصيل هذه المبالغ. (تتضمن الجمله الانجليزيه بغلطه مطبعيه يرجى تعديلها لتعديل الترجمه العربيه بالمقابل)
3. يحق لبنك وربة رفض الاعتمادات في الحساب.
4. The account holder may close the account, provided that there are no claims or liabilities on the account.
5. يجوز لصاحب الحساب إغلاق الحساب ، بشرط عدم وجود مطالبات أو التزامات على الحساب.
6. السن القانوني لفتح هذا الحساب للأفراد 18 سنة فما فوق.
